PROCESSING / FULFILLMENT

 Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped (excluding weekends and statutory holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Note: once your order leaves us, the time it takes to reach you is dependent on Canada Post, our designated carrier.
 
SHIPPING

When you make a purchase, all available shipping methods and their cost will be displayed. We ship all orders through Canada Post. Please allow 5-10 business days for domestic shipping. To avoid delays, and to help your package arrive when (and where) you expect it, see that your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant details. A timely delivery depends on an address which carries the correct street number, abbreviations, building, and /or apartment number. 360 Love Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrectly addressed, or misplaced packages. Once your order leaves us, its delivery status is in the hands of our designated mail carrier, and you may follow its progress using your tracking number in the Canada Post system.
 
RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for either an exchange, a full refund, or a store credit towards a new order. Our return policy is in effect for up to 7 days after an order is received (excluding weekends or statutory holidays). Returns/Exchanges will not be processed until the return/exchange item is received. For returns/exchanges visit our returns center on wear360love.ca to get started. Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to Canada Post within 14 days (excluding Sundays and statutory holidays) of issue. Items will be accepted only if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging.
